Learning Resources

The University Library provides a range of learning resources in both online and print formats to support academic programmes and research activities. Users can explore these resources through iDiscover.

 

Access to online learning resources is available both on campus and remotely. These resources include:

Online Databases

The Library subscribes to various online databases, including ACM Digital Library, EBSCOhost Business Source Ultimate, Emerald, IEEE/IET Electronic Library (IEL), ProQuest Central, ScienceDirect Freedom Collection, Scopus, Statista and others.

 

E-Books

Our collection features Faculty/Centre-recommended e-books and e-textbooks from reputable publishers, including Cambridge University Press, Elsevier, McGraw-Hill, Oxford University Press, Pearson, Taylor & Francis, Wiley and more.

 

E-Journals

The Library subscribes to a selection of e-journals and e-magazines, covering diverse subjects as recommended by Faculty/Centre.

 

Institutional Repository Materials

Digital versions of examination question papers and final year projects are available through TAR UMT Institutional Repository, which also includes thesis/dissertations and articles.

Serials includes printed versions of journals, magazines and local newspapers available for in-library browsing.

Examination Question Papers

Bound volumes of the most recent five years' examination question papers for both the University and Cambridge University A-Levels can be found on Level 2A.

Bound volumes of recent five years' Master’s thesis can be consulted in the Postgraduate Lounge on Level LG.
