Dear Library User,
We are excited to announce that we have successfully implemented the open-source FOLIO Library Services Platform (LSP).
Our Online Catalogue is now called ‘Locate’, offering the same essential services - searching for materials, placing holds and renewing item - with a new interface.
Our discovery service has migrated to EBSCO Discovery Service™ (EDS) and remains known as ‘iDiscover’, allowing you to search across all library resources, including books, e-books and more from a single search box.

Library Service Disruptions During System Migration
Dear Students and Staff,
We would like to inform you of an upcoming disruption to library services due to the migration to the new library system, FOLIO, scheduled from Friday, 21 March 2025 to Sunday, 23 March 2025.
During this period, the following services will be unavailable:
1. Borrowing and renewal at the counter and RFID self-check station.
2. Returns via the RFID book drop machine.
3. Library InfoWeb - My Account login, including online renewal and request functions.
However, borrowed materials can still be returned at the library counter and the Library InfoWeb - Online Catalogue will remain accessible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. Our services will resume on Monday, 24 March 2025. Library InfoWeb will be replaced by ‘Locate’, a new OPAC, on the same day.

Starting from 15 January 2024 until 31 December 2026, TAR UMT authors have the opportunity to publish an unlimited number of open-access research articles across the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) journals, conference proceedings and magazines through ACM Open. Best of all, this comes at no cost, with an exemption from article processing charges (APCs)!
